For golf networks, management groups, or multi-course resorts, Dashboard v2 introduces a centralized global portal. This feature allows you to monitor network-wide revenue, track master databases, and switch between individual pro shops seamlessly.
1. Accessing Multi-Course Management
To shift from a single course perspective to your global multi-course view:
Locate the Course Name at the top of your sidebar/lateral menu.

Click the name to open the account dropdown menu.
Select Manage Courses.

Your lateral menu will instantly update to show your global network tools, and you will be greeted by the Master Course Directory Table.
2. The Master Course Directory
The central view of this portal lists all your properties in one place, giving you high-level operations control at a glance:

Total Number of Bookings: Cumulative reservations handled across all channels for each property.
Total Revenue Generated: Total gross sales processed through CourseRev (CR) for that course.
Total Customers: The number of unique golfers interacting with that specific facility.
Channel Switch Buttons: Individual toggle switches to instantly Activate or Disable specific communication paths (Voice, Chat, Web) for a particular course.
Master Switch Button: A single safety toggle to completely activate or suspend all AI/booking operations for that specific course instantly.
Login Button (Direct Access): Click this to instantly log into that specific course's dashboard to manage its local settings, tee sheets, or pro shop profiles.
3. Global Navigation Menu (Lateral Links)
While in Multi-Course Mode, your lateral navigation menu expands to offer bird's-eye monitoring across your entire portfolio:

Analytics: Aggregated metrics combining data from all your properties. Use this to identify network-wide booking patterns, peak hours, and total macro revenue trends.
Bookings: A master feed showing every reservation being made across your entire portfolio in real-time.
Customers: A centralized, deduplicated database showing every golfer who has visited or booked at any of your courses.
Call History: A consolidated log displaying all incoming phone interactions handled by all your active AI Voice Concierges simultaneously.
Chat History: A unified timeline archiving all automated online conversations across every "Pro Agent" widget deployed on your websites.
