The AI Voice Channel page is your command center for monitoring how your automated "Voice Concierge" is handling phone calls. From here, you can track performance, review live calls, and audit past interactions to ensure your golfers are receiving top-tier service.

1. Line Overview & Status

At the top of the page, you can manage the core status of your voice communication:

  • Channel Status: See at a glance if your voice line is Active or Disabled. This gives you full control over when the AI is handling your calls.

  • Primary Language: View the language currently assigned to your AI Concierge.

  • Channel Settings: Access the Settings button directly from this area to configure how the AI Voice Channel.

2. Monitoring Calls

The page allows you to distinguish between what is happening right now and what happened in the past:

  • Live Monitoring: A list of the most recent interactions handled by the system. and if there is some live call at the moment.

  • Call History: Your full archive of every call ever made to your course through the AI channel.

3. Call History Table

The Call History tab is a powerful auditing tool. You can use the Search Bar to find specific interactions or browse the table using these detailed columns:

  • Call ID: The unique reference number for the interaction.

  • Customer: The golfer’s Full Name and Phone Number.

  • Date & Time: Exactly when the call took place.

  • Duration: How long the AI interacted with the caller.

  • Outcome: A quick status indicating if a Booking was Created or if Information was Provided (e.g., questions about dress code or rates).

  • Actions:

    • View: Opens the full Call Details page.

    • View Booking: If the call resulted in a reservation, this direct button takes you to that specific booking's details.

4. Call Details & Transcriptions

By clicking on any call entry, you open the Call Details page. This provides a deep dive into the interaction, featuring a full transcript of the conversation. This allows you to see exactly what the golfer asked and how the AI assisted them, ensuring total transparency in the booking process.

Note: Detailed Metrics (such as call volume trends and booking success rates) are currently in development and will be coming soon to give you even deeper insights into your voice channel performance.
