The Customer Details page provides a deep dive into an individual golfer's relationship with your course. It combines basic contact information with powerful behavioral analytics to help you understand your regulars and high-value players.

1. Basic Information Card

At the top of the page, the first card displays the essential profile details:

  • Full Name: The golfer's registered name.

  • Member Since: The date they were first incorporated into the system.

  • Contact Details: Primary Email and Phone Number.

  • Total Bookings: The total number of times this customer has reserved a tee time.

2. Performance & Value Metrics

Directly below the profile info, you will find key data points that summarize the customer's value and reliability:

  • Total Amount Spent: The cumulative revenue generated by this customer.

  • Average Booking Value: The average amount spent per reservation.

  • Completion Rate: The percentage of bookings the customer actually showed up for (vs. cancellations or expirations).

  • Last Booking Made: The date of their most recent reservation.

3. Detailed Information Tabs

To keep the page organized, we have categorized the customer's profile into four distinct tabs:

  • Overview: recent activity and his booking channel preferences

  • Booking History: the list of every reservation they’ve made, including past, upcoming, and cancelled bookings.

  • Customer Analytics: Visual data and insights into their booking patterns

  • Playing Preferences: This information is populated directly from the selections the golfer has made within their personal profile via our Web Portal.
