The Bookings page is your central hub for overseeing every reservation made across all platforms. Whether a golfer booked via Voice, Chat, or the Web, you can track and manage it all from one place.

1. Performance Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll find a high-level summary of your booking data. These metrics are dynamic—they update automatically based on the tab you are currently viewing.

  • Tip: Switch between tabs (e.g., Upcoming vs. Cancelled) to see how your volume and revenue shift across different categories.

2. Searching and Filtering

Finding a specific reservation is quick and easy using the tools located just above the main table:

  • Search Bar: Search instantly by Booking ID, Customer Name, Email, or Phone Number.

  • Filters: Narrow down your list by selecting a specific Channel (Voice, Chat, or Web) or a custom Date Range.

3. The Bookings Table

The main table organizes your reservations into five easy-to-navigate tabs:

  • All Bookings: A master list of every entry.

  • Upcoming: Future tee times that haven't happened yet.

  • Past: Completed rounds.

  • Cancelled: Bookings voided by the pro shop or the golfer.

  • Expired: Only applicable for courses with Prepaid/CC Hold requirements; these are unconfirmed sessions where payment was not completed.

What information is included?

For every booking in the table, you can see:

  • Booking ID: The unique identifier for the reservation.

  • Customer Info: Name and contact details.

  • Date & Time: The scheduled tee time.

  • Players: Number of golfers in the party.

  • Amount: Total cost of the booking.

  • Channel: Where the booking originated (Voice, Chat, or Web).

  • Payment Method & Status: See how they paid and if the transaction is complete.

  • Actions: Quick tools to manage the entry.

4. Viewing Detailed Information

Need to dive deeper? Simply click on any row in the table. This will open a dedicated Booking Details page containing the full details.
