The Customers page is your database of every golfer who has interacted with your course through the Voice, Chat, or Web channels. It’s a powerful tool for understanding golfer loyalty and behavior.
1. Customer Metrics
At the top of the page, you will see key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding your customer base. These metrics provide a snapshot of your golfer demographics and retention rates at a glance.

2. Search and Sort Tools
Finding the right customer is easy with the search and organization tools located above the table:
Search Bar: Quickly find a golfer by typing their Name, Email, or Phone Number.
Sorting Options: Organize your list to prioritize specific data points:
Newest/Oldest: Sort by when the customer was first added to your database.
Most Recent Booking: See who has played at your course most recently.
Most Recent Call: Identify customers who have recently engaged with your Voice channel.

3. The Customer Table
The table provides a detailed overview of each golfer’s history with your course. The columns include:

Full Name: The registered name of the golfer.
Contact Info: The customer’s email address and phone number.
Player Category: The designated type (e.g., Member, Guest, Senior).
Number of Bookings: The total count of reservations they have made.
Last Booking Date: When they last booked a tee time through a CourseRev channel.
Total Spend: The cumulative amount of money the golfer has spent on bookings via CourseRev.
4. Accessing Customer Details
If you need a more granular look at a specific golfer’s history, simply click on any row in the table. This will take you to the Customer Details page, where you can view their full booking history, communication logs, and individual preferences.
