Common Symptoms of Availability Sync Issues

• The AI Voice Concierge states a time is unavailable when it is wide open on your local pro shop computer.

• The Web Portal shows a fully booked day, but you have open slots on your tee sheet.

• Golfers are successfully completing reservations for times you intended to block out for maintenance or tournaments.

How to Resolve Availability Errors

Because tee sheet availability relies on a direct, secure integration bridge between your local course software and the CourseRev cloud infrastructure, these discrepancies typically require a technical refresh.

3. Recent Local Changes: Let us know if your pro shop recently performed a local software update, changed server hardware, or experienced an internet outage at the course.
